We will gather for The Upper Clackamas Whitewater Festival in Estacada, Oregon. The festival started in 1984 by the Northwest Rafter’s Association. This non-profit organization is dedicated to continuing the festival and strives to embrace the entire Whitewater community. The festival promotes river education, safety, competition, camaraderie, and stewardship. This year it will be hosting the USRA 2024 National Rafting Championships.
