The top R4 teams from each nation will gather to compete in the International Rafting Federations R4 World Championships. All teams will compete in Downriver, Sprint, Head-to-Head, and Slalom. The event will be held near Banja Luka in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Europe, on the Vrbas River.
